With the European elections in early June, we will start into the super election year 2024. As always, the more people vote, the stronger democracy remains. And this year that’s maybe even more important than ever before.
Which is one of the reasons why Mercedes-Benz AG and more than 30 other companies in Germany have joined the "We Stand for Values" initiative. Together, these companies employ around 1.7 million people and want to make a joint statement for tolerance, diversity and openness,#peace, #freedom and prosperity – and last but not least, for democratic values and a united Europe.
In addition to free #elections, a powerful democracy needs strong #values as a foundation. The economy also benefits from this. We’d like to encourage everybody who is eligible to vote: Make use of this right!
